Job Description

Lutheran Social Services seeks a compassionate Drug and Alcohol Counselor to provide client-centered substance use counseling within our Community & Social Services department.

In this mission-driven, faith-based nonprofit role, you will conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, facilitate individual and group counseling, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate documentation.

You will support clients in recovery, connect them with community resources, and uphold LSS values of dignity, inclusion, and social justice while advancing your professional growth.
