About This Role
Kids First Services is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver clinical services in Mississippi through a hybrid model combining telehealth and in-person work. You'll oversee treatment cases, complete behavioral assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and supervise registered behavior technicians. Your responsibilities include regular client contact, family collaboration, and coordination with other healthcare providers. The role requires monthly travel within the service area for direct supervision and assessments. This position suits BCBAs who are comfortable balancing remote clinical work with field-based client interaction, have strong leadership skills for supervising clinical staff, and want to make a direct impact on children's behavioral health outcomes.

Kids First is seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Alaska team. This is a hybrid position, providing the flexibility of telehealth services combined with required in-person supervision and client support. The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and providers.
