About This Role
As a Behavior Technician with Horizon Blue ABA, you'll deliver one-on-one therapy sessions in clients' homes, working directly with children and their families to implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision. Your days involve hands-on interaction—running drills, reinforcing skills, collecting data, and documenting progress. You'll witness meaningful moments: a child speaking for the first time or attempting something they've avoided. This role demands patience and consistency, but your supervisors invest in your growth and genuinely support your development. The work is intensive and requires someone who can stay calm, follow protocols precisely, and connect with both children and parents. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated by tangible progress—even when it comes in small steps.
