About This Role
In this full-time home health role, you'll travel to patients' homes throughout West Virginia to provide physical therapy services. Your days involve evaluating patients' mobility and strength, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy to help them regain independence. You'll work with minimal supervision, managing your own caseload and schedule while coordinating with doctors and other care team members. This position suits therapists who work well independently, enjoy building relationships with patients, and prefer the flexibility of in-home care over a clinic setting. You'll see direct results from your interventions as patients progress in their own environments. The role demands strong clinical skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to adapt treatment approaches for diverse home settings.
