About This Role
Tender Touch Rehab Services is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to work in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities around Green Acres, Delaware. You'll spend your days working alongside a Physical Therapist to help seniors regain mobility and independence through hands-on treatment. Your work includes leading therapeutic exercises, balance and gait training, and functional activities tailored to each patient's needs. You'll also maintain detailed records in the electronic health record system and educate patients and families on their rehabilitation progress. This role suits someone with strong interpersonal skills, patience working with older adults, and a genuine interest in helping people improve their quality of life through rehabilitation.
