About This Role
Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to work with seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities around Green Acres, Delaware. You'll execute therapy treatment plans designed by supervising PTs, helping patients regain mobility, improve their ability to perform daily tasks, and enhance overall safety and independence. Your days will involve hands-on patient care, detailed documentation of progress, and teamwork with doctors, nurses, and other care staff.
