About This Role
You'll provide one-on-one counseling sessions to patients seeking mental health support, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. As a licensed mental health counselor, you'll work within Headway's model that connects patients with providers through insurance coverage, making your role essential to expanding access to care. Your day-to-day involves clinical work with diverse clients, documentation, and collaboration with our care coordination team. You should have a valid LMHC license in Missouri and a genuine commitment to helping people improve their mental health outcomes. This position suits counselors who are organized, empathetic, and comfortable working in a growing telehealth-focused organization that prioritizes making therapy accessible and affordable.
