About This Role
This full-time home health role has you visiting patients in their homes throughout Montana to provide physical therapy support under a licensed therapist's supervision. You'll help patients with exercises, mobility work, and rehabilitation following injuries or surgeries. Most days involve travel between patient locations, so a reliable vehicle is essential. You'll work standard business hours with a predictable schedule that allows you to be home each evening. The position suits PTAs who enjoy one-on-one patient interaction and prefer working independently in residential settings rather than a clinic. You'll need your PTA license and the ability to manage your own caseload across various communities.

Frequently asked questions
What license do I need to apply?
An active state license in your discipline (PT, OT, SLP, LCSW, LPC, BCBA, etc.) in good standing. Therapy licensure is state-specific — the PT, OT, and ASLP-IC compacts let you practice in member states without a separate license.
Is this a school-year or year-round position?
School-based therapy roles typically follow a 9- or 10-month school-year calendar with summers off. Outpatient, hospital, home-health, and telehealth positions are year-round with PTO. Both options are widely available — check the job description for specifics.
What experience is expected?
Most therapy roles welcome new grads through mid-career clinicians. Specialty positions (acute care, NICU, pediatric feeding, hand therapy) typically prefer 2+ years plus relevant certifications.
