Job Description
TLC seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient-focused care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team.
Working alongside licensed Physical Therapists, you’ll implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes.
You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and communicate clearly with patients and families.
This role blends clinical excellence with TLC’s culture of storytelling and connection, helping patients navigate medical transformations while contributing to a supportive, inclusive care environment.

Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist with patient transfers.
