About This Role

The Emily Program is seeking a therapist to join their residential treatment team in Wisconsin, working directly with clients receiving inpatient care for eating disorders. You'll conduct individual and group therapy sessions, collaborate with psychiatrists and nutritionists on comprehensive treatment plans, and participate in the therapeutic milieu that defines residential care. This role requires someone with a master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field, plus licensure or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin. You should have experience or genuine interest in treating eating disorders using evidence-based approaches. Position Overview Residential Therapists provide individual or group therapy to Adolescent clients. Therapists collaborate in a multi-disciplinary setting with other Emily Program clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family. Schedule Full Time (40hr/wk) Monday - Friday, 8 hour days between 8am to 6pm Compensation Range:

  • Pre-Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $50,000-$65,000
  • Independently Licensed Therapists: Starting salary range between $60,000-$75,000
