  • To perform all massage and body work services including table and chair massage, body treatments, bath treatments, foot treatments following the established protocols, and allotted treatment times.
  • To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide the highest level of personalized guest service while maintaining an enthusiastic and helpful attitude. To conserve and monitor supplies and assets of the spa. Complete shift checklists on a daily basis, replenishing supplies, cleaning equipment and re-stocking laundry. To attend all scheduled treatment and product knowledge training sessions. To directly set and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness. To assist in the training of other team members as directed. Assist with special projects, events and promotions as needed. To promote spa services and products throughout the property. To use available time to help with spa operations as requested. To up-sell treatments to guests as appropriate. To prescribe in written format home care products and treatment as appropriate.
  • To represent the spa and hotel in a positive and professional manner as requested.
  • To continually market the spa internally and externally by attending special events when requested and building relationships. To comply with all company policies and procedures.
