About This Role
Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to work directly with seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings across Jersey City. You'll carry out treatment plans designed by supervising Physical Therapists, working hands-on with patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance work, and transfer assistance. Your day involves patient education, documenting progress in electronic records, and collaborating with care teams to help residents regain independence and function. This role suits compassionate healthcare workers who enjoy direct patient interaction and have strong communication skills.
