About This Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Tender Touch Rehab Services, you'll work directly with elderly patients in nursing facilities and long-term care communities, carrying out treatment plans designed to restore mobility and independence. Your days involve hands-on therapy sessions, patient education, and detailed documentation of each person's progress. You'll coordinate regularly with physical therapists, nurses, and other care team members to ensure patients receive comprehensive support.
